Imagine letting go of all your stress and worries for a moment and coming back to yourself. My massage offer is all about you, your relaxation and your well-being. If you are overwhelmed by the challenges of everyday life, be it heartbreak, the constant hustle and bustle with the children or other stresses, it is even more important to give yourself space. The touches of the massage, soothing scents and individual sounds will help you to clear your head and find inner peace again. During this time you can let go of everything and just concentrate on yourself and your senses. I give you the space to find balance, gain clarity and draw new energy.

Feel

By consciously perceiving our skin and touching us, we come back into contact with our body. Focused sensing of textures or temperatures promotes body awareness and reduces stress. A massage can stimulate the production of oxytocin through touch and trigger a pleasant feeling. This mindful body experience helps you to be in the here and now and to find inner peace.

Hear

The sense of hearing helps us to consciously immerse ourselves in the moment. By paying attention to calming sounds such as natural noises or music, we can calm the mind and free ourselves from distractions. Active listening sharpens self-awareness and promotes relaxation. By consciously paying attention to visual stimuli such as colors, shapes or light, we also promote inner peace and clarity. Seeing nature or beautiful works of art can put us in a state of relaxation. This focus helps to calm the mind and nervous system and to fully perceive the moment. During the massage, it is of course up to you whether you close your eyes or not. However, a small visual surprise awaits you

Scents can immediately bring us into the present, be it the smell of fresh air or essential oils. By concentrating on pleasant smells, we increase our well-being and relieve the mind. Conscious smelling supports relaxation and increases self-connection. You can find a selection of scents that you can perceive and choose for the massage here

taste

Often you can hardly remember what you ate the day before, let alone taste it. If we use our sense of taste with more mindfulness, we can direct our attention away from stress and towards enjoyment. To also perceive this sense, before or after a massage (when is up to you), a small taste experience awaits you
